How do I register?

Registering a new account at Betway is quick and easy. Simply follow our step-by-step guide below to get started.

Register your new account:

• Click the sign up option on your preferred welcome offer
• Complete the simple registration form
• Confirm your username and password
• After you have read and acknowledged Betway’s Terms and Conditions, Responsible Gaming Policy and Privacy Policy, click Register

You can also register a new account by clicking Register Now.

What personal information is required when I register an account?

When registering a new account, you will need to enter and submit your full name, date of birth, contact information, address and your PIN number. If you are not a Bulgarian national, you will need to select a type of identification and then fill in the required details.

The information we collect is a legislative requirement outlined by the Bulgarian gaming commission. All the personal and transactional information you submit is kept secure and confidential.

What do I do if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password, don’t panic. Simply click the Forgot Password link, enter your username and click submit. We will send an authentication code to your registered email address. You can then simply enter the code which will allow you to enter a new password to access your account.

How do I make a deposit?

To deposit funds into your Betway account, click on Bank to launch the banking window. Then, select your preferred transaction method, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your transaction.

What happens if my credit card is rejected when I try to make a deposit?

In the event of a payment not being successful, you can either try to use another payment method, or you can contact Customer Support for further assistance.

How do I access my account details?

Your Account page is a central hub for a wide variety of information regarding your Betway account.

Details found on your Account page include:

• Your account balance (Cash, Free Bets and Bonuses)
• Transactional history
• Free Bet and casino play histories
• Your personal account information. You can also select to amend any of your personal information from your Account page
• Document verification
• Login history
• Responsible gaming limits
• Log out tab

To access your account page from your PC, click your username in the top right-hand corner of the screen and your Account page will appear. On mobile, click the menu button in the top left-hand corner and your Account page will appear.

Odds styles

At Betway, you can select to view the odds of each betting option in Decimal, American, or Fraction.

How do I change the odds view on my Sport pages?

Scroll to the bottom of the page and select your preferred option from the odds view dropdown in the footer.

How do I make a withdrawal from my Betway account?

Making a withdrawal from your Betway account is easy and secure. Simply follow our step-by-step guide below to withdraw your winnings today.

Withdraw your winnings:

• Log into your account
• Click Bank and select Withdraw
• Select your preferred transaction method
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your withdrawal

How long does it take for withdrawals to be processed?

Your withdrawal will be processed within a period of a minimum of 24 hours. This period is called the “pending” period. The timeframe may be extended depending on whether your chosen Payment Provider offers processing of payments on weekends and banking holidays. What factors may affect my withdrawal?

At Betway, you can choose to withdraw the balance of your account at any time. However, there are some instances under which you will need to complete additional requirements or submit relevant documentation.

• If your winnings were earned by betting with a casino bonus, you may need to meet certain wagering requirements before you can make a withdrawal or your remaining bonus balance will be forfeited.
• If our Payments Department does not have sufficient information to verify your identity, they will ask you to send through additional documents. Documents that could be requested include a copy of a government-issued identity card, passport or driver’s license, and/or a copy of a utility, gas, electricity or phone bill, in order to process your withdrawal.

How do I send Betway copies of my documents?

Once we deem it necessary, we will request verification documents as per legislative requirements. Any request for verification documents will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Before submitting your documents, be sure to read through our Verification Policy.

Documents we are likely to request, include:

• A valid official picture identification document (I.D. document, passport, driver’s license, or social security card)
• A utility or other official bill no older than 3 months, with your name clearly visible next to your registered address
• Copies of the fronts and backs of any cards used to successfully deposit with us

You can upload copies of your documents via your Account page once they have been requested. Simply click on your username to open the Account window and then navigate to the Document verification tab to view the document request and upload your documents.

Can I bet on sports and casino with one account?

Yes. Your Betway account allows you to place sports bets and to play any of our casino games. Just click on the Sport, Casino, Vegas, Live Casino, Virtual or eSport tabs at the top of the page on your PC. On mobile simply click the menu button in the top-left corner and select what you would like to start betting on.

What casino games do you offer?

At Betway, we offer slots, video poker, table games, live casino, progressives and more. Navigate to our Casino, Vegas, or Live Casino pages to view our wide selection of casino games.

What are wagering or play-through requirements?

Wagering requirements are an amount you are required to play, bet orwager before you can request a withdrawal. This amount is generally a multiple of the bonus you received. For instance, if you receive 100 BGN with 10x wagering requirements, you will need to wager 1,000 BGN before you can make a withdrawal.

How do I bet on sports?

At Betway, we offers sports betting on leagues and tournaments from around the world. To start betting on sports, simply follow our step-by-step guide below.

Place a sports bet:

• Click the Sports tab
• Browse our selection of featured fixtures, or select the icon of the sport you would like to bet on. You can also use the search bar to find a specific fixture, team, league or tournament
• Select which team you think is going to win, or click the fixture to view the full selection of betting options
• You can select to bet on one fixture or add two or more fixtures to a bet to place a Multi Bet. Please note that all selections added to a Multi Bet need to be correct for it to win
• Your selection(s) will be added to your betslip. Enter the amount you want to bet and your potential winnings will be updated
• Review your bet and if you’re happy with it, click Place Bet

Our bet slip offers three types of bets:

Single Bet

A Single Bet is a bet placed that predicts an outcome of one event. If your prediction is correct, your winnings will be calculated by multiplying the odds of the bet by your stake.

Multiple Bets

A Multiple Bet or Multi Bet is a bet that combines two or more selections into a single wager, multiplying the odds and gaining a return only when all selections win.

System Bets

System Bets combine 3 or more selections into a single wager. With a System Bet you stand to win more should all your selections result in wins, while still having the ability to win something even if all your selections are not correct.

System Bets cover various result permeations within your betslip and offers some “insurance” with more winning options. For this benefit you will however need to place a more significant initial bet stake.

We suggest you research Systems Bets thoroughly and firmly understand them before using them.

Is it possible to cancel a bet?

Unfortunately once you have placed a bet, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however be able to opt for an early Cash Out which is outlined below.

How can I view my Free Bet details?

Any Free Bets amount in available to you will be displayed in the dedicated box next to your Balance. You can also view a detailed breakdown of your balance and bonus balance on your Account page. Instructions to view your Account page can be found above.

How do I use a Free Bet?

How do I use a Free Bet:

• Select your bet and open a betslip.
• Enter your stake amount
• Check the “Use Free Bet Balance”
• Select Place Bets

How do I view my Sports Betting History?

You can view a full breakdown of your entire betting history at Betway including both open and settled bets. To view your betting history, simply navigate to your Account page and click History. Then, simply click Open Bets & History.

Cash Out

The Cash Out feature gives you the opportunity to collect your winnings before an event has finished. You can use it on pre-event or in-play bets and on Singles, Multiples or System Bets. The feature is available on a range of sports and markets.

If the Cash Out is available on a particular bet, a Cash Out icon and the current Cash Out price will be displayed next to your bet in the My Bets tab of your Account page. Instructions to view your Account page can be found above.

How do I view my casino play history?

Navigate to your Account page and click the History tab. You can then select the Game History subtab to view your full casino play history. If you would like a selection of your casino play history from a specific date range, you can enter your preferred dates and the data will be sorted automatically. Instructions to view your Account page can be found above.

Do I need to know anything else before betting?

We suggest you go through our Betting Rules before placing any bets. The Betting Rules are sorted by sport and their respective markets and govern how bets are placed, handled and paid out. To avoid confusion at any stage of the betting process, we recommend reading the general Betting Rules and the rules that govern the particular sport you intend to bet on.

Do I qualify for any promotions?

Any promotional events available to you will be sent to you via email and/or SMS. Generally a link to our Promotions page will also appear in the footer of the website and as banners in your account once you are logged in. This will detail the specifics of a particular promotion that is available and how you can qualify for the bonus, or enter for a chance to win.

How do I claim an offer or enter a promotion?

Promotional events and offers may vary in their requirements. As a result, it is best to familiarise yourself with any promotional material you receive to ascertain how to enter and participate in the particular promotion. The ‘i’ and ‘more info’ buttons on your account’s promotional banners contain details and guidelines regarding the specific promotions they advertise.
